These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website researchonlyclub.com (the "Website") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or make any purchases. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, affiliates, and visitors.

• Company: Refers to ResearchOnlyClub.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors.
• Buyer or You: The individual or entity purchasing products from the Website.
• Products: Research chemicals, peptides, SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators), PCTs (Post-Cycle Therapies), MEPs, and related materials sold on the Website, intended solely for laboratory and research purposes.
• Research Purposes: Laboratory experimentation, scientific study, or manufacturing development, excluding any human, animal, cosmetic, food, drug, medical, diagnostic, or commercial applications.

You must accept these Terms prior to making any purchases.

All Buyers must be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including if there is suspicion of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Intended Use: All Products are sold exclusively for Research Purposes. They are not intended for, and must not be used for:

• Human or animal consumption (e.g., oral, injection, or topical).
• Cosmetics, food additives, drugs, medical devices, or household chemicals.
• In vitro diagnostic purposes.
• Commercial applications or any use violating local, state, or federal laws.
• Any athletic or performance-enhancing purposes; Products are not endorsed by any athletic commission.

Buyer Warranties: By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are fully informed, through your own independent review and study, about: Government regulations (federal, state, and local) regarding the use of and exposure to the Products; health and safety hazards associated with handling the Products; necessary industrial hygiene measures to protect against such hazards; and the need to provide adequate warnings about health and safety hazards to users or handlers of the Products.
• You will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any Products or materials derived from them in accordance with professional standards and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and state equivalents.
• Any materials produced using the Products will not be adulterated or misbranded under the FD&C Act and will comply with Sections 404, 505, and 512 thereof.
• If applicable, you will ensure TSCA compliance, as Products may not be listed on the TSCA inventory.
• You assume full responsibility for identifying hazards and conducting further research on risks.

No Sterilization or Testing: Products have not been sterilized or tested by the Company for safety or efficacy in non-research applications. They are not suitable for food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other non-research use.

Patent and Licensing: Listing a Product on the Website does not grant a license for its use in violation of any patent. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.

Informational Content: Articles, videos, and other content on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice or endorsement. No Products are sold for beauty or therapeutic purposes.

Research Chemicals Definition: Products qualify as research chemicals under 21 CFR Parts 100-740, exempting them from certain regulations when labeled and used solely for laboratory research (not for human or veterinary use).

Disclaimer: ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCTS ARE LEGAL FOR RESEARCH IN ALL JURISDICTIONS OR COMPLY WITH LAWS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your handling, possession, or use of the Products, whether alone or in combination with other substances, and regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise). This includes damages from misuse, negligence, abuse, or unforeseen issues.

Indemnification: As consideration for the sale (which would otherwise be refused), you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and damages arising from your handling, possession, use, or misuse of the Products.

State-Specific Note: Laws vary across the 50 U.S. states and territories. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your state's laws regarding research chemicals, controlled substances, and related regulations (e.g., stricter controls in states like California or New York). The Company makes no representations about state-specific legality.

Buyers outside the United States affirm that they have reviewed and comply with their country's laws and regulations regarding the Products.

All responsibilities for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and interactions with customs agencies or postal services are solely yours. The Company assumes no liability for importation issues, seizures, or delays.

Order Cancellation: To cancel due to a change of mind, email support@researchonlyclub.com immediately. A $25 processing fee applies. Cancellations are not possible once the order is forwarded for shipping.

Shipping: Charges appear on your statement as "ResearchOnlyClub." We do not refund or reship for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. For such cases, we offer a one-time 30% discount on future purchases. If returned to sender due to address errors, no refund or reshipment is provided.

Tracking Alert: Packages in "Pre-shipment" status for over a week may not be scanned immediately; they are in transit as expected. Once handed to our logistics partner, orders are beyond our control.

Returns: Within 7 business days of delivery, request a return for unopened, sealable packages (applies to Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only). You pay return shipping and provide a tracking number. Upon receipt and inspection, we refund minus a 15% restocking fee per product.

Damaged/Missing Items: Notify us within 7 business days with photographic evidence showing the tracking number and contents. We will investigate and resolve accordingly.

Product Quality Guarantee: Test any Product at an HPLC-licensed facility. If results show failure to meet stated specifications, we refund the test cost, full order amount, and shipping upon verification.

Trial Recommendation: If unsure, start with a small order. Review customer feedback for confidence.

Eligibility and Rules: Affiliates must adhere to all program rules. Prohibited: Using brand keywords like "research only club" in PPC/SEO; self-orders; discount code websites.

Commissions: No commissions for traffic from brand keywords or violations. We withhold payments for non-compliance.

Termination: We may terminate accounts without notice for violations, withhold pending commissions, and recover paid commissions. Terminated affiliates (and their businesses) are ineligible to rejoin.

Amendments: We may amend program terms at our sole discretion, with notice via email or the Website.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally via email to support@researchonlyclub.com. If unresolved, binding arbitration under AAA rules applies, except for small claims.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.

Amendments: We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.
