ROC maintains a strict NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS policy on all products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Regulatory changes

Research Chemical Nature — Our products are specialized research chemicals that:

• Cannot be restocked once shipped for safety and contamination reasons
• Are subject to strict handling and storage requirements
• Have specific chain of custody requirements
• Are intended for immediate research use upon receipt

Safety and Compliance:

• Contamination Risk: Products cannot be returned due to potential contamination

• Safety Protocols: Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions

In the rare event of shipping damage or manufacturing defect:

Immediate Notification Required:

• Contact us at support@researchonlyclub.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue
• Do not use or handle damaged products

Our Response:

• We will investigate each claim individually
• Replacement products may be provided at our sole discretion
• Decisions are final and not subject to appeal
• No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances

We are not responsible for:

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Products ordered that don't meet your research needs
• Quantity errors made by the customer
• Address errors provided by the customer

To avoid ordering errors:

• Confirm shipping address accuracy

All payments are final once processed.

No chargebacks or payment disputes will result in refunds. Payment disputes may result in account suspension.

There are NO exceptions to this policy. We do not make exceptions for:
